Looking for a Double room for around £70 per week
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

I am easy going, laid back and friendly. I enjoy cooking/baking and keeping fit, basically I like to keep myself busy, I'm very neat and tidy and expect the same in others.
I am looking for accommodation in Hull so that I may be able to take up a job offer that I have recieved, my prospective landlord would therefor need to accept that I would be claiming LHA in the short term for a period of no more than 10 weeks, until I am settled and sorted in my employment.
