A clean tidy, responsible person. I'm looking for a room / house share to rent either central hull / avenues / east hull villages.

I do plan on getting my own flat/house in the near future so my children can stay over. Due to having to stay at home to look after 2 children, I don't currently have a "real" full time job, this is on my todo list now I have the chance. However, I have rent upfront. I also have an offer of a part time job leading to full time (discussing hours + pay, letter of intent can be provided). I have also just started an online store retail business, so an internet connection is a must. Telephone not required.

This move wasn't planned, (relationship split). Looking for somewhere ASAP!
