I'm 25 years old and Work as a workshop manager and head club maker, at a golf equipment distrabution center in hereford.

I'm looking for a room to rent for a year or more whilst I save up capital to invest in my own place.

i'm a keen golfer, and enjoy going to the gym and playing most any sport.

I would like to share with someone who is friendly, clean and is allways up for a laugh.

I do own my own flat back in Surrey, ( which I rent out) so I know the importance of a clean and well kept place, And having respect for other peoples things and privercy.
