Hi there,

I'm looking for a room in your area as I am currently undertaking post-graduate tutor-training at Central School of Speech and Drama in Swiss Cottage. My income is from the recent sale of my house (I'm divorcing) and I do not want to buy again until I've completed my studies in the summer.

I'll be studying pretty hard over the next few months so am looking for somewhere quiet and large enough for me to have a desk and a computer. I'm sociable and easy going, a youthful 43 and currently single. My friends are all over London so I'm out and about a lot and sometimes also away visiting family.

I have lapsed into smoking during the divorce, but seeing as I didn't smoke for the previous 10 years I'm keen to quit.
