I'm looking for a house/flatshare in Guildford with an immediate move-in date. Either a double or single bed will do. My budget is £320pcm inclusive of all bills, and I'm looking to stay long-term but idealy I don't want to be tied down to a whole year contract in case of financial change. I'm a Chinese guy from Scotland, looking to relocate to Guildford specifically for a job so I'm needing an address not far from London Road in Guildford.
