Looking for a Single room for around £100 per week
available all week for 12 months or over

I am 41 years old clean living but smoke a little and I am clean and tidy and need a room to study from the 19/02/12 or sooner if fits the situations
I am clean considerate to others living in the house.
I enjoy the gym and should go more but my studys take all my time up.
I am used to living in shared houses and will allways do my part to clean and keep the place up to standards.
I live in the heart of Guildford.
