Hey Guys/Gals,

We are looking for a new housemate for our fabulous house in Sandhurst / College Town / less than a mile from Camberley. Its a brilliant location about 10 minutes from both the M3/M4 and half an hour from Reading and Guildford.

We have a large unfurnished double room available ~ whilst it is unfurnished it does have a built in wardrobe in it with double layerd hanging space. (Added bonus)… ! Shared bathroom with one other.

It is a detached house on a quite road in College Town, its lovely. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge, conservatory, downstairs loo and garage.

There are currently two girls and one boy living in the house and we all get on really well. All sociable characters and love to go out together. We also do other things, personally I horse ride, play hockey, go to the gym, bike ride, like going out for meals and drinks and am always open for suggestions to try new things: D!

Were looking for a friendly outgoing person who wants to live in a home not just a house!
