My name's Theo Smith and I'm a 3rd year student studying Music Management (business management in the creative industries) at University of East London, I've just moved out of a flat in Greenwich and currently temp living in Cambridge, looking to move in immediately.

I'm a tidy person and split my time between uni, part-time work doing marketing and web development for a couple of companies and outdoor instructing for Duke of Edinburgh award and expeditions around the UK. I do not want a party house and would like some nice relaxed flatmates.

I have 1 month's deposit, plus the first month's rent ready to pay and can provide letters of guarantor, references, and get paperwork sorted as soon as possible.
