Looking for ensuite Double room for around £400 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

40 year old professional just come back to the North East after working in London for the past ten years, currently I'm starting work but I'm in need of a place preferably long term and reasonably quiet.
Also I would prefer not to share with prostitutes, drug dealers or head cases, Londons an eye opener and i've had my share of experiences.
As for tenancy, I have been with the same land lady for several years down there but due to the recession I have no choice but to follow work.
Double room, studio or one bedroom flat preferably in the Gateshead area but may consider other areas.
