Looking for a Double room for around £450 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hi I am looking to move into Exeter by mid August from the Lympstone area due to a big increase in rent at my current cottage. I work full time in Pynes Hill, and have been with my current employer for the past three years. I am hardworking, outgoing, personable and have a good sense of humour.
I enjoy cycling, travel and socialising.

Would be interested in coming to look at the room available as soon as is convienent.
