I am a working full time in Denmark hill and am a female professional looking for a room in a flat or house located near denmark hill (with max half hour travel)

looking to move in on feb 11th for long term all 7 days of the week max rent £250/month all bills and interenet included or lesser

can share toilet, Kitchen but not share bed and room
ideally looking for a spacious room

Prefer to share with female professionals or students and a spacious room, but not too many males however don't mind mixed cultures and males or females mixed share is fine too.
