Looking for a Double room for around £250 per month
available all week for 12 months or over

My name's rica, 18, and I'm in college but planning to be in work soon.
I have tidy living conditions, I'm friendly and I'm easy to be around

I would like a room spacious enough to make myself comfortable and small enough to afford.
I am not at all fussed with who the landlord is, what the other tenants are like or fancy-ness of the place, just something affordable to call my own for a while (about a year).
I am a very reliable person with rent, and I garauntee to stick to the tenancy agreement
