Looking for a Double room for around £450 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hi, I am looking for a double bedroom close to East Grinstead town centre. £400-£450 a month should be fine. Deposit and references can be given. Recently rented a maisonette but due to personal reasons am having to move back to room renting. I am quite easy going and quite a tidy person, have room rented before and was/am lead tenant where I am renting now. Ideally looking for a house/flat with only maximum 2 other occupiers, female were possible. Need to move between Sept-Jan. Term of staying 6 months were possible. Have my own furniture but if furnished not a problem, however would like to bring own mattress (spent a bit of money on it! )
