Room needed 3 nights/week. Single room required for working 47 year old male 3 nights per week for 2 weeks out of four; ie Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on week one and the same on week three, nothing required on week two and four then start again with the four week cycle. Room required to carry out my work in the area as I live on the East Coast in Yorkshire. I am married for 25 years and have a 22 year old son. I will be away from the house all day and most of the evening and just need the room for sleeping. I will not be an imposition. I have a reference if required.
