Looking for a Double room for around £350 per month
available all week immediately for 3 months

I'm looking for a room to rent, or someone to 'buddy-up' with. I need a large double room as I work freelance for part of the week and need space for a desk. I have a part-time job as well, so have enough guaranteed income to pay rent!

I'm looking to share with someone friendly and sociable. I'm clean and tidy and am used to house sharing. I understand the need to respect each others space and belongings.

I'd like to live with someone I get along with, someone with whom I can possibly share the odd glass of wine or meal (I love cooking).

I have a small, well-behaved cat.
