i'm honest, clean and tidy and respect other peoples privacy.
I'm unemployed at the moment, but actively seeking work ( i'v recently passed my cscs test,
this allows you to work in construction)! I am claiming jsa ( job seekers allowance) and housing benefit, so paying the rent wont be a problem. you can have these payments payed directly into your account if you wish. payments usually take between 4-6 weeks to come through, depending on your area and housing office. I'm sorry but I wont be able to pay a deposit as I dont have any savings just now. hopefully things will change soon, and then we can come to some arrangement.
