Looking for ensuite room for around £400 per month
available mon-fri lets immediately for 9 months

Ideally my room should be in walking distance of Kent Road, and have ensuite and broadband. I shared last year with 30 year old female and this worked well, but college has now moved, so need new room. I go home at weekends ie leave Friday afternoon and come back Sunday evening, and would also be at home during the holidays. I don't mind pets in the house.
