Newly decorated double room available. I am looking for a professional female (aged 22+) to share my house with in the Whinfield area of Darlington. Close to Asda, doctors/pharmacy and bus stops. The house is newly modernised with a good sized double bedroom and comes furnished or unfurnished. The rental rate is inclusive of all bills. I am a friendly, down to earth, responsible individual and enjoy working hard and keeping fit during the week and socialising/relaxing on a weekend. I appreciate the need for personal space, yet also enjoy company. I am looking for a like minded person who does not smoke or have pets. Deposit £300 and one month’s rent is required in advance.
