Hi I'm looking for a room: Within £500 pcm. Double. No pets. Proper tenancy agreement, sublet ok with tenancy agreement. No drug usage at home. No wild parties with wierd randoms. All I ask for really. I'm a photographer & d. j/events planner. English, 24, lived & worked in New York, L. a & Berlin previously. Would like to live in a home with someone who is chill, down for a nice cup of tea or a drink down the pub but has their own life and respects personal space too. Sound alright? Give me a bell.
