Looking for a Single room for around £440 per month
available all week for 6 months

Hi how are you? My current contract will expire at the end of September and I'm looking into moving into a house or flat to share with others.
I'm 27 years old and working full time at central, Oxford Street to be exact. I'm training to be an assistant manager, I maybe studying part time from October as well. I love food, music, movies, parties as well as cosy times, play acoustic guitar sometimes, love to socialise and have lots of people around me to chat and enjoy my time with. I used to live in a 7 bedroom house in Cambridge and we all had a very good time, plenty of BBQs, parties and nights in together watching a movie or TV. Nevertheless, all of us respected others' privacy and had a very good cleaning and tidying schedule to keep the house clean.
My monthly budget is around 420-440, a bit more but can be a lot less.
I have been living in flats for the past, and would prefer to move into a place with a garden and lounge, the size of the room is not that important.
