Looking for a Double room for around £520 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

My name is Karen Hayward. I am a friendly 30 year old professional from South Africa. I am clean living and don't mind helping with household chores.

I am looking for a double room in clean and friendly houseshare. Preferably in Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon/morden. My budget is between 450- 510 pcm INCLUSIVE of bills(Up to 530 for the right room). Broadband is preferable. I would also like to be within walking distance to a tube or overland train (7 mins max). I am also open to starting a new house share with 2-4 others.
I do enjoy the odd Barbi/Braai (I can make lovely soy, honey and garlic meat marinade) although I do like a bit of 'me time' I am interested in reading, listening to music, card making and Alternative Health. I would like to share with other Antipodeans but not essential. I would also like to live in a mixed house share. (max 4 people)
As I am going on holiday for 3 weeks I would like to be able to secure a room before I leave on the 4th of September.
