I am Australian and I have been in the UK for 9 years. I'm fully employed and have been with my company for 8 years.

I have been living in Shepherds Bush for 3 years, and I'm not being kicked out or anything, but my friend wants his flat back and it's time to be moving on.

I want a clean, safe, place with a south facing balcony and parking. An ensuite would be nice

Also, if you are my flatmate, I can offer you free London Transport on tubes and buses.
