the rooms (one is 5.13m x 2.80m with wooden floor, TV and furnished). There is shared access to garden. Washing Machine shared.

Highams Park Station, Zone 4 is only 12 minutes walk away with trains running into Liverpool Street, 5 minutes train journey to Walthamstow Central on Victoria Line, 25 minutes bus journey to Woodford on Central Line.

Female preferred but dont matter
