Mark is looking for a Double room in Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Looking for a Double room for around £400 per month
available all week immediately for 9 months

Not fussy about many things, just has to be within walking distance of Asheridge Road and the Tube station.
I'm clean, but certainly not obsessively so, and easy going, looking for similar.
Heavily into movies, like the odd trip to the pub.
I am a smoker, so would need to be able to at least smoke in the room. (Door shut. window open. )
