You May Share Occasionally The Shower Room With A Short Staying Visiting Overseas Tourist.
The House Is Occupied By Husband, Wife and son, So Would Only Welcome Respectful Tenant, Especially After 8pm When The Child Goes To Bed.
The Property Comes With The Benefit Of Use Of Front And Rear Gardens And Wi-fi Connectivity, Or You May (permission Required) Connect To Your Own Virgin Phone And Internet Line If You Wish To Pay A Separate Phone Bill (long Term Rental 12mths Only).
