My name is Jamie. I am 22 years old, trained as a builder and car mechanic, so can be handy to have around. My main hobby is fishing, and I do water bailiffing at weekends at a lake in Sidcup.
I am a clean, sociable and relaxed bloke. My last rented room expired after 1 year, so I am currently staying with family.
I am working part time at the moment, so do have cash for a deposit, and then for rent weekly, until DSS kicks in, then fortnightly in advance.
