Looking for a student to rent a lovely double bedroom available in a three bedroom student house in Roath. The house is very clean and tidy and has a separate kitchen and living area. You will be sharing with one boy aged 22 and one girl aged 21 (both students and both very friendly! )

The bedroom is a double room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bedside table - all furniture in perfect condition and the mattress on the bed was new before current tenant. Very warm room with a very nice feeling to it!

Internet has been paid for until March and water is paid for until April. All bills are split between the house mates each month. For the period of September to December, tenants each approximately paid £5 per month for gas and £10 per month for electric.

Lovely house to rent until June and the landlady is very friendly too!
