Rock and Roller, not a Jobless Doler!
I'm a semi pro musician in my early thirties, looking for a creative and sociable share with like-minded people, but as I'm fricking desperate because my lease ends soon, I'll happily live in a shed with a rat and a jobless mop!
I like to hang out with my flatmates, but I know when to give a person some space to create or just when you've had a bad day at the office! I like my privacy too, and I have a girlfriend, so I'd like for her to stay over from time to time… I am human too! ;)
I am a clean and tidy person, and I'm happy to share housekeeping duties.
I have a full time job as a quality inspector in the sticks, with Evo Electric in Woking, a great company to work for, so I commute from Monday to Friday.
I Do smoke occasionally, so it would be nice if I can smoke either inside or out without the third degree, we all have our vices!
One snag: As I move on the 15th of february and only get paid that day, I won't be able to hand over a deposit and such; But I can guarantee a referance from my employer, and proof of payment such as bank statements and payslips etc, and forward the deposit I get back from my current lanlord!
