Hello there, I saw your ad posted in Flatmaterooms. co. uk, I am wondering is the room still available? I am a chef who is working in a Japanese grill restaurant in Soho and most likely I will be relocating to the new opening outlet in Faringdon. Therefore, I am looking to move to somewhere closer to my work place (currently living in East Croydon). I am a clean and quiet guy who likes reading, listening to music and cooking.

It would be great if you could email me or text me more details about the room (eg. rental, bills included, facilities of the house and etc).
