Looking for a room for around £550 per month
available all week immediately for 1 month

I am a 26yr old research scientist doing a PhD at Sheffield University but also working with a company based at the Granta Park, Cambridge.

I'm looking for a short-term let on a room close to Cambridge city centre - I can consider locations further afield if they are in easy reach of Cambridge Train Station by walking or public transport.

I need a room roughly for 4-6weeks from late Feb through to March - although these dates are flexible. I may have problems viewing the property in advance due to current commitments in Sheffield but I am happy to discuss this & options on the phone.

I'm a social guy who is clean, tidy and a considerate housemate. Even on a short-term rent I would be up for evening drinks/meals with current tenants.
