available all week immediately for 3 months

Professional female looking for friendly, clean and considerate house share for min 3 months, due to work contract. Will not be around most weekends. Needs parking, no smoking house, dont mind if pets. Prefer non main road i. e quiet estate or semi/rural. I would like to have glass of wine with you, some social evenings out, but also like peaceful nights sleep! Single bed OK but reasonable size room and furniture needed.
