Rachel is looking for a Double room in Brixton, Greater London

Looking for a Double room for around £650 per month
available all week immediately for 12 months or over

I'm 38, Irish female who has lived in london for 7 years. I am looking to move into a flat (preferable with owner landlord) in sw2, sw4 or sw9. Ideally I'd like to share with someone in their 30s, have a garden and if flatmate had a dog I'd be delighted. I don't have one but love dogs and would be happy to take one walking/look after it every now and then.

I reckon I'm home 2/3 nights a week and on nights that I am home I'd be more than happy to have a cuppa, glass of wine, watch a bit of telly. Some times I'll want to just chill out in my room. I like to cook and would be more than happy to share the fruits of my labour on the nights we're both home. I spend my free time in the gym, going to gigs and love pooling around Brixton.

I'm very neat and tidy, will happily share cleaning duties or contribute to cost of cleaner. All in all
I'm well house trained and will treat your place like my own i. e. well.

My partying days are over but I would like to be able to have friends around for dinner occasionally. I have friends come to visit a couple of times a year from Dublin so it's important you'd be ok with a friend staying for the weekend every now and then.

I need car parking (on street is cool), a secure place for my bike and would like plenty of storage space. For fear of sounding demanding that's all 'ideal world' stuff.

Happy to supply references but as I haven't rented for over over 6 years my reference would date back a bit. Can also supply character references too no problem.

Looking to move from beg Jan although would be happy to pay rent from mid December if I find the right place/flatnmate.
