available all week immediately for 9 months

My name is Marty McCaffrey I am a care worker, also studying at University of Chichester. Moving out of my current studio on 17th August as land lady is looking to sell and would like to find another studio or flat share. Do not mind if room or studio is furnished or unfurnished. I do not smoke (although do not mind if housemates smoke) and as I will be traveling to Chichester everyday would prefer somewhere close to a train station.
