Hey there,
I am an exchange student and I am searching for someone who wants to rent my room at the IQ Student Accommodation in 140 Bath Row (close to University and City Centre). The room is free from 23.03. 12 and the contract ends at 14.07. 12, but it's possible to prolong the contract until the end of August if you prefer to stay longer.
The room I have to offer is an ensuite single bedroom, so you got your own private bathroom and a shared kitchen and lounge. My flatmates are really nice and tidy, they are 4 other girls.
I'm just searching for someone who wants to rent my room as I have no exams in the summer term at Uni and therfore I don't need the room anymore after the end of the second term.
The rent is 102 pounds per week and it includes all rent: Gas, water, internet, contents insurance.
