I'm basically looking for a city centre apartment or something decent.

Has to be modern. - I'm sick of living in wee crap houses where everything falls apart.

I work full time and like to party when I can! (which isn't too often atm)

I have a girlfriend - so you'd have to be cool with that! :)

I am a really tidy person so I'd need to live with someone similar. Oh and I don't want to live with someone who's really serious - it's all about the gegs!
