Looking for a Double room for around £280 per month
available all week for 12 months or over

Hey there! I'm 22 and starting a masters in Queens in September. Looking for a nice place to live, not too far from the college, South Belfast area (Lisburn Road), preferably a double room with a place to park would be great. 12months lease or thereabouts. Under the £300 pcm mark, anything cheaper would be great also! I'm very easy going, laid back, don't hide in my room, tidy, partial to the odd drink but nothing crazy as I'll be busy with the college course work! Would be great to find somewhere with similar people/age/interests - Final year/postgrad Students or young professionals!
