available all week immediately for 12 months or over

My name's Cat, I'm 23 and currently live in Cardiff, but need somewhere to live from January onwards as I have a new job in London. I'm looking in the Balham / Clapham area as I know friends who are there and it seems great, with good transport links to my new work.

I'm friendly and easygoing, and would love to find like-minded flatmates to share a home with, not just have a room where I hardly see anybody! I like chilling in the evenings with the tv or a takeout, and like going out at the weekend for a few drinks with friends or shopping. Would ideally like to share with young professionals of similar age who are friendly and would like to share their home.
