Looking for a Single room for around £300 per month
available all week immediately for 6 months

Hello my name is Zoe and I am very interested in the room that you have available. The owner of the house where I am currently renting would like the property back to herself so I am looking to find something new, I can provide references and am available to move ASAP. I am a very clean and tidy, easy going non drinker, I work office hours, sometimes varying either side and occasional weekends, I prefer to go out to socialise rather than have people over. My ideal flatmate would be a smoker like myself but I otherwise get along with anybody and of course going outside to smoke would not be a problem.
