I am looking for a double room to rent

A bit about me I'm 26 and have recently started a Design Manager job in Birmingham. Currently I live in Nottingham but am staying in travelodges during the week. I am looking to buy a house in the local area so in the mean time I'm searching for somewhere more homely to stay during the week.

My partner is a chef and usually has 2 week days off, so I would like somewhere that he would be welcome to visit. We are both easy going, tidy and have respect for peoples property.
