Looking for a Double room for around £300 per month
available all week immediately for 2 months

Hello,
I am looking for room to rent in and around broadheath industrial area because I'm going to work there for 2 to 3 months. I may stay upto 3 months but I can confirm that before I start there by next week. I'm an aeronautical engineer, hard working and quite person mostly busy with work and like to stay within oneself. However, I am very sociable and very easy to get on with. I am very clean and tidy and like to keep things that way.
