The current tenants are two easy-going guys, graduated from York university and easy to get along with. They are very nice guys^^
Actually, there is another small room available from 29/01/12, so that you could share the deposit with the other person, who wants to live in that small room and the rent will be cheaper as well. Then, this room might be £65.34 a week, including bills and the small room might be £63.03, including bills.
