Am looking for a friendly young professional ( preferably female) to rent the second double bedroom in my 2 bed terraced house.

The house has on street permit parking, a gorgeous kitchen with wooden surfaces and a lovely little yard - great for BBQ's in the summer! Its on a quiet street with no thoroughfare and very close to York St Johns University and only ten minutes walk from town centre/Cathedral and the best restaurant in the city!

The other double room is rented by another lovely girl called Mel who is 26.
The rent includes all bills apart from gas and electric.
