I am moving out of York due to family problems, otherwise I wouldn't be leaving this lovely house! I am looking to move out as soon as possible and you will be taking over my contract which finishes on 31st July 2012. You will be living with 3 male 2nd year mature students in their mid-20s. It's quite a quiet house, the guys go out once or twice a week for a quiet drink but there's no house parties or anything like that. Most evenings are spent having chats in the kitchen while everyone cooks or watching TV, and in the daytime they're usually busy doing uni work either at the library or in their rooms. I would prefer email or text to arrange a viewing as I can't always answer my phone, but please leave your contact details on my answerphone if you phone and I do not pick up and I will get back to you.
