A double room to rent (newly fitted carpet, brand new bed and matress) in a very friendly house. 3 full time students (21 - 25years old all very sensible, clean and tidy) looking for a fun new housemate as soon as possible to join us for cosy nights, food and wine or equally spontaneous drinks in town (although these are becoming rare as we are all final year students)
The house is 5 minute walk from city centre, 10 minutes to train station.
