I have several house shares in Yeovil. So ideally you need to ring me to view what I have available at the time.

At the moment I have 2 rooms available in a property near Westlands, with parking and large communal rooms, these are £95pw (large double) and £75pw (single) including all bills and communal cleaner who comes weekly.

I also have a double room at a property on Sherborne Road, £85pw including bills. Also two other doubles at another property on Sherborne Road - also £85pw. These do not have off street parking but there ar streets nearby where you can park without any permits or meters.

Working professionals only, no couples, it is one person per room and you need to be able to communicate in English.

References are required.

The deposit is insured with mydeposits and you get it back at the end as long as the room is in the same condition as when it was rented to you.
