The house is right between Yate and Chipping Sodbury; a typical family home, with 3 bedrooms (me, you and a guest room/study), two bathrooms, two living rooms, dining room, nice large kitchen, large garden, off street parking.

Your room is currently unfurnished (it's a double at the back with the view of the gardena and a walk in wardrobe) but I'm happy to go shopping together and provide furniture if needed - but think it might make sense to co-ordinate this as most people have some furniture… )

I would want a housemate, not a lodger, I would want us to be of similar age / interests etc, so that we would both share the house (Ive been a tennant and I've been a 2housemate" before - I know which I preferred and am still great friends wiht them)

I am fairly middle of the road, do not go to bed with a horlicks and a book at 9pm, but am not throwing wild parties all night every night either. I do cook, clean etc, I am neither compulsive nor Jamie Oliver.

I have a dog (would be fine if you did too) she is lovely and even if you're not a dog person, she'd convert you.

I'm really easy going and open to suggestions - I have the spare room, it might as well be used, and would be nice to have a friend to live with. If that sounds alright, then give me a call for a chat. Hope to hear from you soon.
