I have a Double room and living room to rent in a large three bed house in West Worthing.

There are currently two of us here (it’s my house, plus Helen my current lodger), never more than three. We’re pretty sociable but the house is big enough to get away from it all if you want to, plus you have your own living room, to share with another lodger if there is one at the time, otherwise it’s all yours.

There's also a large garden you're welcome to use. Essentially I'm looking for someone who wants to live in a home, not just rent a room in a house. By that I mean I want someone to feel at ease, not that they have to scuttle about in the kitchen then back up to their room.

We're all working professionals, I mostly work from home.

Your room has a new double bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and further drawers under the bed. It has stripped floors, painted white, looks out onto the back garden and is very quiet.

The house has all mod cons: two living rooms, two fridges and freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, power shower (the best in the world! ) and bath and Wi-Fi. But no phone.

The house is a five minute walk from West Worthing station, five minute drive to A27 and around a mile from the town centre so perfect for commuting. There's free on street parking. The beach is about a mile away.

Rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, cleaning and Wi-Fi It doesn’t include £25 council tax.

There are two friendly cats here also, but they don’t go anywhere near bedrooms or your living room if you don’t want them to.
