Hi there. My name is Emma. I'm looking for a clean, friendly female working professional to share comfortable and spacious flat in Tarring - West Worthing which is available mid August / Early September.

Flat has spacious Lounge/Dining Area, Balcony, Kitchen and Bathroom ---
Is a 10-15 minute walk to West Worthing train station, 30 minute walk to main Worthing town center and close to local shops and other amenities.

Bedroom is a fairly spacious single bedroom (could fit double if preferred -- 11'3 - 7'9) with a inbuilt cupboard. It will come furnished with single bed and chest of drawers.

Note -- Furniture may be added to the bedroom/and or flat if preferred and discussed accordingly.

Rent is A375 per month and that includes all bills of Council Tax, Water, Gas, Sky, Telephone and Internet (Added extras on Sky movies and/or telephone will be charged monthly).

You would be sharing with a clean, friendly 23 year old professional who likes to socialize, watch films and travel but who also likes her own space.
