I have a double room in a semi, located in a desirable location. I am seeking a lodger due to a recent separation. They must be in full-time employment.

This room will be available from mid September.

There is off-road parking - always a plus these days. Good sized garden to the front, the back is a work in progress.

Also included is broadband internet / WiFi, what house could possibly go without it in this day and age :)

I am quite laid-back with a good sense of humour, and looking for someone similar.
