The house is a semi detached house with large back garden, garage for storage, double drive at front of house, talk talk internet, gas c/h, double glazing, large living room area with dining table, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances etc.

The rent is £500pcm plus bills & council tax.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Worcester Park overland train station which has connections to all over the South East and into central London including Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. There are buses direct to Kingston Upon Thames (213 and X26)There is a large Waitrose just 8 minutes walk away and also a whole street of Off Licences, Food Stores, Bars, Restaurants, Take Out's, Hairdressers and general other useful shops that you may need.
I need to move out as soonest possible due to family issues.
